Morning Green Smoothie or Spicy and sour cleaning smoothie. It’s an experiment to make spinach taste better and edible in raw form.

That’s win win situation. You can eat spinach and other greens raw to get all its benefits as yet tasty.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cup coriander
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4-5 strands green garlic
  • Small piece of ginger
  • Salt and cumin powder as per taste
  • Lime juice as per taste
  • Black pepper is optional

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Blend all ingredients till smooth texture. You can Add water as per requirement to adjust consistency.

PREPARATION TIME:

10 minutes.

Max 2 Person (100 ml. each)
